I needed a state safety inspection ASAP, but I arrived 3 hours earlier than scheduled, my mistake. Even though it was pouring rain and there were 3 other vehicles scheduled at the same time I arrived, I was welcomed in and told it was no problem they would fit me in. After 30 years of doing business with Walker Auto, I have never left their shop feeling anything but completely satisfied. There are many things I like about Walker Auto, but chief among them is that their main concern has always been that my family and I are driving 100% safe vehicles. In addition, I have the highest level of trust in the people who work there, and this all starts at the top with the owner. The men at the service counter, Nick and Arnie, could not be more pleasant, caring, and accommodating. They're two of the very best! All the mechanics are terrific, but I always ask for a certain one (you know who you are) because he has been servicing and repairing my vehicles for a long time now and has always done exemplary work. Plus he's great at explaining what he does, how he does it, and why. He also alerts me as to what I might be needing for my vehicle in the near future. Bottom line is: if you're not using Walker Auto, then you're going to only the second best auto repair shop in the state.
