They were able to fit us in quite soon with excellent work as usual.

My car was in for an oil change, wheel bearing replacement and other issues. The techs found that my engine cradle had rusted through, a common occurrence in Pacificas. They showed me the problem and I authorized a replacement. They found me a used cradle from down south and installed it in 10 days. My only concern was that it was a complex job and the estimates for the cradle replacement and other work started to balloon unexpectedly. In the end, I believe I received good value for money.

What's to say, can't improve on perfect.

As a car colector I have some strong beliefs about how my vehicles are handled. I do all my own maintenance and repairs but I do miss things. Nate and crew are very helpful and treat my cars with care.

Mr. Walker, I am very impressed by most aspects of your automobile maintenance and repair enterprise. It appears very well organized and maintained. It is an unusual “clean” facility for a garage, The AAA status adds to my confidence in the quality of your workforce.For me, the fact that you can lend me a vehicle while mine is being worked on , is a major plus. Yes, I would recommend your garage to anybody who may ask me about my opinion about your facility,Between you and me (forgive me, but I am a stickler), I question why the leaking pipe/tube to the rear AC unit was not detected the first time you used the dye and high pressure nitrogen. It would have saved me from 12 hours of driving in a very hot car. If the wheels have to be re-torqued within 100 miles (did you have to remove the wheels to close off the pipe/tube to the rear AC unit??) and my return trip to Maine this weekend is around 700 miles will I have a problem?
