We were driving from Buffalo to New Hampshire when we had what sounded like a pretty serious problem with the brakes on our VW. It was a Sunday night so we knew we wouldn't get anyone on the phone that night, but we left a message and early the next day Walker Automotive called.They were able to fit us in the next day, which we could tell was not easy because they were very busy, and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It was a serious problem that should have been diagnosed by VW, but they were able to get all the parts needed and have us on the road the next day.They are a very professionally run organization, they have a nice customer waiting area with Wifi, and a friendly and efficient staff. Communication is excellent. I wish I lived close to them because they would certainly have my business.

Excellent as usual. The employees are professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Couldn't be happier with the service I received. I came in without an appointment and they fit my car in the same day, unlike 3 other places that said they didn't have openings for another week. It took a day for the needed part to come in and they offered to set me up with a loaner car, but I found another alternative for my transport needs during that time. All said and done, they replaced the part and also performed an early state inspection so that's one less thing for me to worry about, and their pricing cannot be beat. I am one happy and grateful customer.

I have an older 5-speed vehicle that I really enjoy driving. It has had many parts replaced, but was still not running well (well enough that I had to worry about getting tickets). This past week Walker Automotive restored my old darling to full functionality. While the total cost was not small, the satisfaction of having my car run the best its run in years made it worthwhile to me. I recommend this shop without reservation.
