The work was done quickly while I waited in a pleasant waiting room. If anything it was faster than I expected and when the shop recommended new tires they took care of that for me the same day and lent me a car to drive. The work was finished before my last appointment.of the day so I was able to pick up my car while the shop was still open. I also appreciated a clean and close bathroom. No complaints, only satisfaction.

Inspection went as expected and excellent customer communicationservice

Had a headlight go out in the evening. Called first thing the next morning and they squeezed me in to their busy schedule and fixed the problem by noon. Can't tell you how great it is to have a professional automotive shop that takes such great care of my vehicles and gives me such wonderful service. I have been taking my vehicles there for 22 years.

After 30 years as a customer of Walker Auto, I still have not had one experience that was not positive. Nick is absolutely terrific at his job and always a pleasure to do business with. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, accommodating and highly professional. My mechanic, Shane, is also extremely knowledgeable, as well as great at explaining what the problems are and what needs to be done to fix them. I must admit, if, for whatever reason, Shane is unable to do the work my vehicle requires, I'm always slightly disappointed. The reason is that I trust Shane's abilities and caring attitude to the greatest extent possible. I expect I'll remain a Walker customer as long as I still drive a car.
