Could not have been more pleased. The staff was relentless in trying to get to the bottom of the "clanking" and bumping noise we have heard for a very long time. When I picked up the car, one of the staff asked me if I had time to go for a test drive with him to be sure they got the noise. I was delightfully surprised when I heard nothing! We had the dealer check into this noise last year while doing a recall repair to no avail. Walker discovered it was the rear door that was causing all the trouble, On time service.
