Very professional and knowledgeable, enjoyed watching them finish up the first INEOS Grenadier they have done and was favorably impressed. Tires on with a torque wrench, checked everything that was supposed to be done. They are my go-to shop for my new vehicle! I will return, strongly recommend. Was the first service for this vehicle. Oil change, tire rotation, fluids, filters, etc...

Quick take: Great shop, you get what you pay for which is premium service with a premium price. I have gone here for 2 significant issues with my 2015 F150. Pros: - They offer a courtesy vehicle at no charge, which I have done every time I have gone to Walker and is the biggest reason I keep coming back - They communicate well over the phone as needed and are very friendly and informative - Service performed is top-notch, trustworthy, and explained in detail to you throughout the process and at the end Con: It's one con, I'm sure all others are sensitive to as well: Pricing. Walker tends to come in over their estimates by a notable amount in my experience (~10-30%) - sounds small but when it's hundreds to thousands this becomes significant. Their costs for some of the services performed also tends to be notably higher than other shops, but then again "you get what you pay for". I understand the world has gotten more expensive, and good mechanics cost good money. If they could find ways to save costs for consumer, or use data analytics to have better representation of estimates (cost transparency) they would get 5-stars. As a customer I don't want to pick up my car and then suddenly be shocked see such a price jump. Walker surely has the capability to improve the estimates (e.g. if historical estimates are always too low, add a margin to the estimate by that %). I would rather get an over-estimate that ends up coming in under than an under-estimate that comes in over – maybe this is just my experience for the 2 more significant issues I came in for. My idea of an estimate is: near-worst case scenario of costs to prepare for.

Excellent service. In and out within one hour of appt time

Confirmed on the phone that I wanted a second transmission drain and fill after 3K miles as preventative maintenance, they said it wouldn’t be an issue. When I took my Honda Passport in they said the work wasn’t done because I had the service done 3K miles ago. Then they said I needed a new pair of control arms @$1,700 due to bushing failure and uneven tire wear. I took the car to the Honda dealership I bought it from because they agreed to do the repairs under the extended warranty, they said I could get over 50K miles from the bushings-they put the car on a 2-post and showed me the tires had normal wear. Walker automotive is also the only shop where I’ve gained brake pad thickness, they said 4/32, then 9/32, now we’re at 5/32.
