1st time using Walker. Good experience overall. Available when I called and took my Tundra in for snow tire set-up. Very friendly and informative front office. The job did take longer than expected, but sounded like an exception and it was no consequence to me. Pricing seemed reasonable.

We can’t beat Walker for its convenient distance from our home, which is why we tried them in the first place, but the reason we decided to return for many repairs is because they are consistently professional, courteous, thorough and timely in their repairs. We had a major engine breakdown over the holiday weekend and they squeezed us in last minute on New Years Eve when they were only working a half day and not only did they make time to diagnose the problem, they managed to also complete the repair before they left for the New Years holiday! It exceeded our expectations and we were very appreciative to be back on the road so soon. Thank you Chris, Mark and the service crew for always working so hard.
