I have been receiving Lexus " factory included" service for the last three years. Now that service program has expired. I will return to Walker where real quality service and neighborhood convenience are available.

This is hands down the best auto-service shop I've ever encountered in pretty much any state I've lived in. This is the only place my wife and I take our cars. The service is unsurpassed. The shop is modern, well organized, keeps all your service records in a computer system, and gets parts very quickly. It's not a surprise why they're always so busy. However, no matter how busy they are they're always willing to give me a ride home or come pick me up when I leave the car there, and if they can't they give me a loaner even though i live very close.The staff is highly professional and VERY knowledgeable. I used to take my Audi S4 there before I sold it, and that's not the kind of car you want to take to any mechanic who can work on a civic. They knew everything about the car and the service was always top notch. Every time I would even get an oilchange done they would go over my car and let me know if there are any issues creeping up like a control arm starting to go.Nate is a great, friendly guy and is the owner, but is always working at the shop and behind the desk when I see him.Andrew who also works at the desk has been an invaluable resource who's very knowledgeable, gives great advice, and is willing to even shift some schedules around to get my car worked on faster.Most important of all is that these guys are HONEST. Each quote has been pretty much right on or even a little less in the end. They definitely stand by their work.I can't recommend this shop enough!

As always, I was pleased by the courteous and caring service provided by the staff at Walker Auto. Nick and Arnie are both great, and Shane is the best mechanic I've ever had. I always request him to work on my vehicles because he's simply the best there is.After 29 years together I guess you get the idea that Walker Automotive is now and always will be the place for me when it comes to anything automotive.
