Staff is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. etc. Always satisfied with their work.Only regret I have is that I didn't ask about AAA discount several weeks ago when my bill was almost $1000.

The people at Walker's provide great customer service. They communicate clearly about work that needs to be done, they provide rides quickly and easily, and they do the work right. They went over and above when they honored a warranty that had expired shortly before; they performed the repair and did not charge me. I had a last minute "emergency" when my muffler rusted through and I needed to make a long drive. Walker Automotive located the correct part and had it in by 11:00 a.m. the next day!!!! Then, they installed it and I was on the road by 12:30 p.m. Not only that, but it was a very busy day there and they handled all of my requests graciously and in a very professional manner. I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you!

I recently had trouble with my car on the way up to Vermont and I happen to stumble upon this repair shop. Even though he was officially closed, Nathan took the time to diagnose and resolve the issue. He was a lifesaver as I had my wife and kids in the car and faced the prospect of a very expensive tow back to Boston. Nathan asked for nothing in return. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic.

The work was done quickly while I waited in a pleasant waiting room. If anything it was faster than I expected and when the shop recommended new tires they took care of that for me the same day and lent me a car to drive. The work was finished before my last appointment.of the day so I was able to pick up my car while the shop was still open. I also appreciated a clean and close bathroom. No complaints, only satisfaction.
