I experienced all of the above at your establishment last week, although I'm not surprised as I always receive A-1 service at Walker Automotive. I have always liked Nate Walker's business. Nate started out very small and climbed a tough ladder of success. The service is excellent and the employees that have stayed on a while are very customer oriented. The only thing I do not like is the average 100% markup on parts, which is why I usually buy my own from the same place(Napa) you folks get them from unless they are "special order." I know it is just business and the way all automotive repair shops operate, but that doesn't mean I have to like it, and the customer service employees understand that some of us customers have to watch our budget(being on a fixed income is tough). They give the same service to everyone equally!! That is a very good way to operate which is why I have been a customer for over 20 years because it shows no favoritism which is an affront to moral decency!!
