Nathan,Nick and Arnie up front are great, they are honest and trustworthy. They work with you through the whole repair/ maintenece process, they give updates on whats needed and what it will cost each step of the way. Never had any surprises in any of my bills. I have been a customer for 4-5 years and i would recommend them to anyone. I have not met any of the shop crew but the work is always quality and they stand by it.

Once again I'm glad that I chose to bring my vehicles here. I thought my wife car needed a seriouse part. But the mechanic that worked on it found that the brake system needed cleaning. It made the awful squealing go away at a fraction of what I was expecting it to cost.

Nick and the team were determined to find the source of the rattling noise. Pebble caught in the brakes? No. Looked elsewhere. Took a drive; no noise. Then I took a drive with one of the technicians who heard the noise, put it on the lift, and found a loose undercarriage piece of plastic. Fixed it and I drove away happy that I hadn't been hearing imaginary noises and was no longer hearing real ones. Thank you, guys.

We are new to the area and needed expedited service to repair and inspect our vehicles for state registration compliance. Nathan and his staff were more than willing to help us and made us feel welcome to our new home.

They were pretty helpful on such short notice. My car had broken down and was towed to their shop that night. They called me first thing in the morning to let me know they would try to figure out what the issue was. They were probably very busy but it did take most of the business day for them to let me know what the issue was and by then I was rushing to find a rental car service to use for the time being. They were able to have it fixed and ready to pick up by the end of the week.

Halfway through a 4 hour drive, my Jeep flashed the check engine light in alarm. I was alone and 2 hours from home, so I was entirely reliant on my AAA card. They had me towed to Walker Automotive, and right away I was taken care of; I was back on the road in under 4 hours (from breakdown, to towing, to repair), thanks to the patience, empathy, and expertise of the WA team. They looked at my car immediately, and communicated the whole process of repair to me while I waited. They genuinely wanted to have me back on the road ASAP, and I highly recommend them if you are ever in need of any kind of auto service.
