I was commuting for work today and my battery light came on. I guessed I had hit a pothole and dislodged the terminal and my truck started to die right by walkers....I pulled in at 750am 10 minutes before they opened. I was greeted warmly with smiles by Katherine and then Nathan I couldn't have felt like they were anymore of a miracle I was treated like I belonged talked to me like I mattered even though they realize they might never see me again. It was my alternator...but the belts were toast too....3 hours later I was on the road Shaun off to work. The bill was of average expense. They could have taken advantage of me I was between a rock and a hard place. Simply Amazing!!!!

Walker Automotive is a terrific local shop with a personable staff. They do a great job making their customer's feel welcome, taken care of, and well informed about their vehicles needs.

As always, the technicians and service personnel at Walker Automotive were thoroughly professional in diagnosing an air leak in one of our tires. Appointment was easy to get. They explained while I was waiting what they had found so far and then completed the repair. Fair pricing, good service, caring people. We so appreciate this company.

We've had our cars serviced at Walker Automotive for more than a decade and have always been pleased by their extraordinary customer service and attention to the overall condition and safety of our vehicles. They are always willing to give me a loaner car or bring me to and from the garage whenever I need these services. Nate and his employees genuinely care about their customers and their safety. I like that there are no surprises about the cost of repairs; they provide good estimates and get in touch quickly whenever the cost will exceed their original estimates to explain what's happening and seek your consent before going forward with additional repairs. It's a good feeling to like and trust the people who take care of your cars, especially when you tend to drive them as long as we do! I give them my highest rating of five stars across the board.

Five stars here. It takes great service and a job done right to earn five stars from me, and they've done it time and again. The team at Walker tells it to you straight (with a smile & understanding for those expensive repairs). They understand the need to sometimes prioritize certain repair issues while putting safety first. They are willing to go the extra mile to be sure things are done only when necessary and not waste your money. They have certainly earned my trust!
