When my 2017 Subaru Forester stopped running, as I was driving, I called Walker's to ask if they would look at it. I had AAA take the car to Walker's. Nathan called me to discuss work he thought needed to be done, and I asked them to do the rest of the 36,000 mile regular service, as well as to replace snow tires with summer tires. They gave me an excellent loaner car, which I had for three days. My Forester is running well now. I really appreciate their willingness to work on my car without much advance notice. The cost was reasonable.

We have been taking our vehicle to Walker Automotive for years. You can tell that good customer service is important to them. They always remember your name and preferences. I was hesitant to bring my car for its inspection during this COVID pandemic but their touch less service and other protocols were definitely enforced and I felt confident in knowing that my family’s health was their priority. We will continue to utilize Walker for our vehicles needs.

Needed to get my car inspected before the end of the month, and they scheduled me in before the deadline and got the job done. Also, offered a loaner, if I needed one (but didn't, this time).

Walker's provides exceptional service, even during the Covid-19 stay at home orders. I found it easy to manage the vehicle drop off/pick up and Nathan did a great job communicating status and options to us over the phone. He always sets clear expectations around cost so that there are no surprises.

I had my oil changed - I arrived early morning to drop off my car. They provided a free loaner vehicle waiting for me. The loaner had been sanitized and was cleaned spotlessly. They called me when my car was ready. I was able to pay on the phone. When I got into my car, it had been sanitized and a detailed bill/receipt was on the passenger seat. I also watched an employee sanitizing a car in the lot. Service was professional and the work was done at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
