I sent an e mail to Nathan on Saturday that I thought the wheel bearing on my Audi needed replacement. Nathan called me on Sunday to say a loaner car would be ready for me Monday morning. The part was ordered over the weekend and in the shop Monday. I drove my repaired car home that afternoon. Hard to imagine better service.
