Thanks for helping me take good care of my car.

So, my poor vehicle went in for minor routine servicing (inspection, oil change). While checking the air filter, though, they found a DISGUSTING mess. I won't go into details, but let's just say wildlife had taken up residence--seriously. This foulness had been spewing out of my heating/cooling system for ... who knows how long? They bravely cleaned out the mess, replaced the filter, AND showed me how to deter the evil long-tailed creatures in the future. Plus, they did so with a smile, and assurances that mine was not the first such mess they'd seen; although, probably the worst. Well, it's good to be best at seomthing! If they only worked on computers, I'd take that to them as well. I'm pretty certain it's sporting an invisible gremlin.
