My car alarm system was wildly dysfunctional. I could provide no information to poor Nathan on when, where or how it had been installed. However by dint of extensive research he was able to craft a solution that completely solved the problem at minimal cost. I deeply appreciate the courtesy of everyone in the office and especially the fact that they refused to give up until all was well.
