With two teenagers driving as well as my husband and I, timely maintenance is always an issue. We appreciate your ability to service our cars, most of the time with good advance notice, but sometimes accompanied by a little bit of panic on my part! (Those would be the "thanks for squeezing me in" times!) We appreciate too, your professional attitude and attention to detail, and your willingness to explain it all in terms that make sense.
