Top to bottom Walker is a customer centric shop. This business benefits from the closeness of the owner to his customers, and you feel the staff are happy as they are always so polite and cordial. No better place for honest service.

We have moved to the New London area and yesterday I visited this garage for the first time. Mr. Nathan Walker met me personally. He was very helpful and friendly. He solved the issue I had with my car immediately and charged a very reasonable fee. The garage is well equipped, clean and orderly. The staff is also courteous and helpful. We will continue to take our cars to this garage for service.

I had my car towed here when it broke down on my way back to ME. I had no idea where I was being sent as it was a recommendation through AAA. I was so happy with the service I received here that in all honesty, I would switch from the trusted garage I have been using for 6 years. If only they weren’t hundreds of miles from my home! Polite, professional, with a thorough explanation of what was wrong and treated my problem like it was their problem. They worked hard to get the part in quickly and do the repair so I could get on the road again. Thank you Walker Automotive!
