It was great as usual. Nick pointed out that I needed new wiper blades, which I knew but had forgotten about. Thank you Nick! So, now I'm all set for the "cooler months".

Very clean operation with good shop work. They have loner cars which improve your life if you need to do other errands in New London. Nate will always take the time to explain what is wrong and need correcting in as much detail as you need. There work for me has always been very good

Too often, in this fast world that we live in, we neglect to acknowledge efficiency, kindness & good business ethics. I experienced all of the above at your establishment last week, although I'm not surprised as I always receive A-1 service at Walker Automotive. Lauri & Brian each went the extra mile to make certain that I received the most for my money. Please let them know that their kindness & efficiency will not be forgotten.
