High quality workmanship, tidy, professional atmosphere, and respectful staff. AAA certified. A little surprised to read others' reviews mentioning loaner vehicles and sanitizing, as I have never been offered a loaner nor sanitizing, despite being a regular customer. The assistance of a loaner in my situation would be greatly appreciated. Dec 2020: Phone call & text message alerts did not come through on my most recent work order, although they have come through via both ways in the past. (My cell was working fine.) July-Aug 2020: I had a burdensome experience when I brought my vehicle in for inspection: What I was told over the phone versus what I was told when I arrived on the site conflicted; so I had to make three separate trips over the course of a week (80 minute drive round trip) to try to pick up my vehicle from inspection and obtain the inspection sticker. Overall, I believe this is one of the few remaining courteous and honest places around. I will continue to use Walker Automotive.

Recently moved to the area, finding a trustworthy, dependable, and affordable auto repair shop was on our priority list. Walker Automotive sent us a “Welcome “ letter to inform us of the services they offer. I read their reviews and asked around and heard nothing but positive feedback. We scheduled both of our vehicles for service and during the whole process from making the appointment through pick up we found the staff to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The service was completed on time and at a fair cost. We are glad we have found Walker Automotive
