While I've questioned myself as to whether I should have been charged to rebalance tires installed there less than a 1,000 miles ago, it did take care of the vibration problem on theold girl. I'm always happy with the service and attention given to my old 91 Civic.

They do a great job, are conscientous, honest about what is necessary, the waiting area is comfortable, you can bring your dog in (BIG plus, esp. in cold and wet weather), and they are upfront about what it is likely to cost, and any changes in cost during the process. After of years of nightmarish service experiences elsewhere in the state, knowing I can bring my vehicles here is a huge relief.

Great job as usual. I guess I still don't really understand why I have a thump that is no problem. If you say it is o.k. I will accept it.

I was in for a routine oil change. As usual, I was notified of the fact that my transmission oil also needed to be changed. I was called and asked to approve the extra work. The people at Walker are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Even though I needed extra work, they got it done within my time frame. I was very satisfied.
