Nathan and his staff are always helpful and considerate and answer all my questions. they even let me vent once in a while and don't charge me extra...love my garage bumber stickers should be issued..

One of our vehicles was done in under an hour at the end of the day, which was great, because I needed it to get to a meeting the next day. They were courteous and professional. Got me in quickly for a problem, diagnosed, and then were quite frank with me about the need to take the car to a Toyota dealer; while you could've 'fiddled around' (my words!) at great expense to me, you were honest and forthright and said I would be better served taking the car to the dealership and letting Toyota's specialists deal with it.
