Excellent service, as always. I needed to have spark plugs replaced in my 2005 Toyota Sienna, and was quoted a price. My husband checked with Grappone in Concord and found their price was much lower, and called Walker Automotive with this information. After Walker Automotive confirmed this with Grappone, they called and offered to do the spark plugs at the lower Grappone price. Wonderful! It saved me from a 70 mile round trip to Concord, I didn't have to hang around for hours waiting for my car, and I saved some money that day. Thanks Walker Automotive!

Solved a major problem immediately

With two teenagers driving as well as my husband and I, timely maintenance is always an issue. We appreciate your ability to service our cars, most of the time with good advance notice, but sometimes accompanied by a little bit of panic on my part! (Those would be the "thanks for squeezing me in" times!) We appreciate too, your professional attitude and attention to detail, and your willingness to explain it all in terms that make sense. Great job.
